How it works

As you record estate data — assets, liabilities, property values, account balances, gifts — the platform identifies which forms and schedules are required and populates them automatically.

Add a jointly owned property and IHT404 populates. Record gifts within seven years and IHT403 populates. You do not need to track which schedules apply — the platform does that for you.

What you still control

Auto-population supports your work, it does not replace your judgement. You review all figures before submission, apply reliefs and exemptions, and sign and submit through the appropriate HMRC channel.

The platform flags common issues — assets requiring RICS valuations, gifts within seven years, jointly owned property — but professional review remains your responsibility.
